For retailers

Apply
Send shop name, owner, WhatsApp, PIN, city and GSTIN. Use Enquire → Retailers or the form on this page.

Verify
The Hyderabad desk checks that we can serve your PIN and that billing details match the shop.

Approve
Once approved, you get login for the live order portal at orders.msnhyd.com.

First order
Raise replenishment on the portal, or WhatsApp / call +91 83092 87927. Stock, scheme and dispatch are confirmed before the invoice.
What the desk needs
- Shop or firm name as it should appear on the GST invoice
- GSTIN for billed trade (needed before regular dispatch)
- Serviceable PIN in Telangana or Andhra Pradesh
- WhatsApp number the buyer actually uses
Minimums. There is no single MOQ across the current book. The desk confirms brand, pack, door type and scheme when you order.
Payment. Every billed dispatch is GST-invoiced. GSTIN 36ATYPB3564B1ZN.
Delivery. Coverage is by PIN from the Medipally office.
